Returning the goods
If the purchased good does not match your expectations, you may return it and our company will give you a refund, or you may use the money for paying for another item.
Should you opt for a refund, it shall not include the initial transport costs or the transport costs borne for returning the goods.
Returning purchased goods is regulated by Decision no. 130 of 31 August 2000, supplemented by Law 51 of 21 January 2003 for the approval of Government’s Decision no. 130/2000 on the legal regime of distance contracts: “The consumer is entitled to notify to the dealer, in writing, that he/she cancels the order, without any penalties or reason whatsoever, within 10 working days from the reception of the product, or in the case of service delivery, from the conclusion of the contract.”
If you want to return a product, you are kindly asked to send a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Only written requests shall be taken into consideration. The product may be returned provided that it is in perfect shape (no scratches, blows), the afferent accessories and packaging here included. Goods may be returned within 7 calendar days at most from the reception of the return confirmation. Courier fees shall be borne by the customer. Carriage forward or cash on delivery parcels shall not be accepted. In case of a replaced product, transport costs shall be borne by our company.
The following categories of products cannot be returned:
- consumables, which once used may not be resold
- products which present physical alterations, blows, chipping, scratches, shocks.
- identical unsealed products in case several pieces are purchased (more than 2).
We will refund the money within 30 days at most from the reception of the return. The refund shall be made exclusively by paypal or bank transfer. Therefore, along with the returned good, the customer must also send the details of a paypal account or bank account. The products which have defects or manufacturing vices shall be replaced within 72 hours from the reception thereof provided that a written notification is sent to email@example.com
We reserve the right to decline the return of an item in the case of: repeated returning, recalcitrant customers, exceeding the return deadline, unfulfillment of the return conditions or penalty refusal.
